"The best company! We can recommend to all! They do an excellent job, very fast. The guys came at 9am and were done by 2 or 3 pm. My apartment is big: 2 bedrooms with a lot of windows. Unfortunately one tile was broken when the guys were trying to pull the old balcony frame door out. They made a picture, send to the owner and next day my tile was replaced for free. "The owner Scott and his team recently installed impact hurricane windows and patio doors in my Condo at La Mer in Hallandale. I was given a few names, and after speaking and meeting with a couple of companies, I decided to go with Action Window and Glass. Action Window's price was better than most, and I felt that Scott was very honest. - I made the right decision. Scott took care of everything......measurements, permits, and inspection of the windows/doors once installed with the city inspector. There were a few delays, but not due to Action Windows. Scott and his team showed up to do the installation, but the service elevators were out of service in the building and therefore the windows/doors could not be installed for nearly 2 weeks. (I was leaving the country and needed the job done before I left). Once the service elevator was up and running again, Scott managed to get the job done, even though his teams were busy doing other installs. His installers were extremely professional, very fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They did an excellent job!! I was extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of the job and the whole process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Scott and Action Window to everyone we know. "My realtor suggest Action Window & Glass when I purchased my home late summer 2018. First impression of Scott the owner of Action Window and Glass was that he was honest and upfront. Not only was he prompt and on time for our first meeting and estimate, he explained to me the pros and cons of my 17 window 4 door projected the estimated delivery time. Three of the 17 windows required an extensive amount of modification to accomplish the outcome we agreed on, which came out exactly how I expected. From the initial meeting with Scott the owner of Action Window & Glass to this day, he was VERY easy to get a hold of, either phone or text. Once we agreed on the project objective of what I wanted, I was very specific on the outcome I wanted. Scott was beyond patient and accommodating to every single one of my meticulous requests. The entire project took only 3 days. The first day of the project I was impressed on how promptly on time the crew was and how organized they were once they started. This usually is never the case for me with contractors. At the end of the project, the crew cleaned up and discarded better than I expected to the point where no follow up was required on my end. I had a few requests to be addressed even after installation of the windows and doors. Within a few days of my request, they were all taken care of. I wish I could give a higher rating, thats how impressed I am with their professionalism and quality of workmanship. The owner won't oversell you, or use fancy brochure tactics like some others I cross shopped with for quotes. Scott is simply honest and to the point. I simply cannot recommend them enough. Quality companies like this are extremely hard to find, even more so in south Florida. I wish them the best of luck in their success."
